How far will the Govt go to shore up the PRIDE of the house owners? Are the house owners and The Govt.synonomous? It will not look very good if loads of once pricy houses are boarded up derelict and rotting. If petrol goes up so much that people cant afford to drive. If the marginalised vagrants getting humiliatingly chucked out of the public library and lining up for free stale bread were once house owning loud & proud "middle class"will it now? In fact for many it is a fate unimaginable probably too much to bear. Because of this we have to ask will the Govt do everything in its power to stop it from happening? But the Govt may not realise its already happened to quite a few 100,000s. Ever since 1981. I dont think The Govt can avoid the World Crisis do you? Its just too big and Britain too weak. There was nearly a riot today in our local high street. Some altercation with a few Community Police Plods and a Carribbean Car driver over a ticket. Loud voices. A big crowd gathering "Back up"whizzing in. 4 Plods vs a crowd of several 100s.....most hostile. Tensions are rising.
