Those BTL investors are going to be hit real hard with increased fee's/rates coupled with a gigantic drop in sales figures. Hahahahahahahahahaha.
I guess the real story is just how bearish the mainstream media is now. It seems everyday there's a programme and major headlines covering the crash or the rise in the cost of living. The amount of coverage makes it seem slightly sureal as before it was only covered by sites such as these.
The next 'big' thing will be to see how well the HBOS rights issue goes through, then the Yoy stats will get progressively worse, oh happy days! |
