Stamp Duty Relief on Carbon Neutral Houses
The carbon neutral house- Sounds good
You need Solar water heaters on the roof - At least £10k worths
You also need photovoltaics or a 2-4 windturbine's about another £10K for a basic houses
The developer will have to pay extra tax for the site say £20k
All this will come with interest and profit paid for by the purchasers
Yip New houses are going to be £50k more expensive -
But don't worry about the stamp duty relief its time limited- It will be abolished if anyone claims it.
