I am a 46 year old str,I currently share a house with a long term friend waiting for this long awaited HPC.My friend has 3 houses all of which he has got through making one women pregnant.Dss has paid the mortgages on all 3 properties as he has increased his portfolio with her moving and claiming on each property. At no time have they queried the relationship between her / landlord/children or that she has lived in all 3 properties owned by the same landlord.

So there you go why traditionally live together as a family struggling to pay high prices.Buy one house for her and the kids whith the state paying for it and rent a room for yourself. After a while take out some equity and buy to let for your own house. Sorted.

By the way I dont agree with the morals of this but I have known this guy for 35 years and would never stitch him up.
Also I pay sod all rent
