This is the only programme in recent years that has given a balanced view on what is going on in the housing market.

The Truth About Property returns to BBC Two for the spring and would like to hear from a  first time buyer who has been refused a mortgage as the credit lenders tighten their belt and a first time buyer looking to get on the property ladder by buying a property at an auction house.
