This is distorted to suggest that this is an accomodation issue. This is not fixing the problem. More like a failure of people to keep relationship.... This is a society problem..... 1 in 3 marriages end in divorce in the US.

Over the last half century, the population has risen but the typical number of people per household has fallen. Equal rights has meant that women move of abusive relationships. Many men don't like the increased influence of women in the household.. so they move out (sometimes this is understandable). Golddiggers have become commonplace, so people are understandably more wary of becoming hitched up.
