The Housing Corporation
The Housing Corporation is the national Government agency that funds new affordable housing and regulates housing associations in England.

Nationalised in 1946 the Bank of England is the central bank of the United Kingdom. Interest rate policy has a direct impact on the UK housing market through mortgage rates.
Financial Services Authority
The Financial Services Authority are responsible for regulating, amongst other things, pensions, mortgages and the credit industry in the UK.
